Crew sign inPrivacy notice
leomfilm.com is run by Growth Advisory LLC, Phoenix, Arizona, for the film LEOM. Last updated August 17, 2026.
The short version
The public pages collect nothing beyond ordinary server logs. The crew area is invite-only and stores what cast and crew need to coordinate a production: a login, and the contact and fit details you or the production enter. Nothing is sold, there are no ads, and there is no tracking beyond the sign-in session.
Public pages
Reading the public site (home, trailer, FAQ, notes log, About, this page) requires no account. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for operations and security. Embedded YouTube players load from youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play; once you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the player.
Crew area (behind sign-in)
Accounts are created by the production, not self-service. What is stored:
- Login: your email address and a hashed password, plus a session cookie while you are signed in. Two-factor enrollment, if you enable it, stores a TOTP secret. Sign-in events are logged.
- Crew record: name, department, role, city, phone, email, and, for performers, the fit measurements the production needs to build and rig costume (for example chest, height, helmet). You can see and edit your own row; production administrators can see all rows.
- Contributions: comments, uploads, rankings, and edits you make inside the workspace, attributed to your account.
The login is a shared account with wabb.ai (Wabbit), the ranking tool the production uses; the same email and password work on both. Wabbit has its own notice for what it stores when you use it.
Why we hold it
To coordinate the production: reach you, schedule you, fit you, and give you access to the story materials your role needs. That is the only purpose. Contact details are shared inside the crew area with production administrators and, where a sheet is crew-visible, with other signed-in crew.
Who processes it
- Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the United States).
- Vercel (web hosting and request logs).
- YouTube (embedded video on public pages).
Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
How long
Crew records are kept for the life of the production and its deliverables (releases, credits, insurance and payroll records may require keeping a name and role longer). Login accounts are removed when you leave the production or on request.
Your choices
Email gbsullivan@mac.com to see what is held about you, correct it, or ask for deletion. Requests are answered within 30 days. Residents of California, Colorado, the EU, and the UK have specific rights under their local law; write to the same address to exercise them.
Confidentiality
The crew area contains unreleased story, design, and production material that is the property of Growth Advisory LLC. Signing in is an agreement not to copy or share it outside the production.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and signed-in crew are told inside the workspace.
